A sweet reminder that your state of mind is your baby's state of mind:
All through pregnancy and labor, your baby is working with you, your body, and nature's timeless process that culminates with birth.
By learning about pregnancy and birth, you can break the Fear-Tension-Pain cycle, and replace Fear of the Unknown with Knowledge and Empowerment.
This can lend you the peace of mind to be calm. It can empower your decisions and offer a calm confidence in your choices, and your ability to birth in healthy, low-risk situations. Even if you have some high-risk factors, educating yourself about your options can still lead to an empowered, satisfying birth experience.
